Kothamalli samba Semi polished, Organic, small-grained red traditional rice of Tamil Nadu. Gets its name from the resemblance to coriander seed (aka Kothamali).It's nutrient-rich, restorative, easy to cook & easy to digest. Perfect for our table rice, risotto or Kanji. Soak (for 3 hours) and cook rice with at least 1:3 water ratio.
