Kichadi Samba Parboiled Rice is one of the three fine-grained white rices of Tamil Nadu. This tasty variety was a favourite of the royalty. The one-touch polish process leaves part of the bran on the rice.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
This rice can be cooked in the pressure cooker or the traditional way in an open vessel (closed with a normal lid).
Parboiled rice take longer to cook than raw rice. Rice with bran takes longer to cook than polished rice.
