Bio Basics Karunguruvai comes from a PGS certified organic single farm in Mayiladuthurai. It is available as raw, unpolished red rice with 100% bran. A rice encased in a black paddy known for its healing properties.. Cooking instructions: Pre-soak for 4 hours or overnight, add water 1:4, pressure cook for 4 whistles on high fire and keep on low fire after that for 10-12 minutes.
