Horse Gram

Organically grown, unpolished. Horsegram or Kollu is a household staple of the Kongu region. Protein-rich, high powered lentil! Great for Kollu Rasam, dals, sandals, curries and salads. The lentil is best cooked when soaked overnight or for a couple of hours before pressure cooking it with a 1:3 ratio for about ten whistles.
