Diabetic Health Mix

Diabetic Health Mix is a flavourful millet porridge mix made from roasted, unpolished, organic, Pearl Millet (Bajra / Kambu), Foxtail Millet rice (Kangni / Thinai) & Little Millet (Kutki / Samai), flavoured with cardamom.

For one serving of porridge, add two table spoons to one and half cups of water & mix well, before cooking. Stir continuously while cooking.
