Aval/Poha - White Rice (Thin)

Flattened Rice /Aval/Poha made from organic white bran rice. Processed traditionally in local mills, without any chemical intervention. Great as a quick wholesome snack or a cereal substitute with raw cane sugar. Great for making poha, payasam bulking up salads, smoothies or in muesli.
